‘Where decisions are made’ - 10 must-sees at UK Construction Week London
Celebrating a decade of the UK's leading built environment event, UK Construction Week London returns to the capital (ExCeL, May 7th-9th) with a host of new features and co-located shows, covering a broad spectrum of topics, including offsite; hire equipment; heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration; and the stone and hard surfaces sector.
With leading construction products, all of the major construction professional bodies, international pavilions, industry and government leaders, and plenty of entertainment over three days, this is the must-attend event for construction professionals from all over the UK and beyond - from architects to apprentices, surveyors to specifiers.

High-profile speaker programme
Seminars, discussions and workshops play a huge part at UKCW, with over 400 speakers across more than 300 sessions, featuring thought leaders and experts in sustainability, planning, procurement and infrastructure - solidifying UKCW’s commitment to providing high-quality educational experiences for industry professionals
Topics include AI and skills; building safety; Net Zero; housing reform; the New Hospital Programme; The Procurement Act; insolvency; mental health; and culture change, to name but a few.

Networking
UK Construction Week (UKCW) provides extensive networking opportunities for industry professionals, including dedicated events and opportunities to connect with peers and industry leaders alike. These include the VIP Lounge; Opening Night Party - Wednesday 7th May, Central Bar; Women in Construction Networking event in partnership with NAWIC (National Association Of Women in Construction) - Friday 9th May 1pm, Culture Change and Skills Hub; BSF Safety Workshops - daily at 10.30am, Culture Change & Skills Hub. Sicilian Pavilion
A major coup for UKCW London is the return of the Sicilian Pavilion, which will feature 16 high-end interiors companies, many of which are family-owned, showcasing a range of products including marble surfaces, decorative paints, flooring, and windows. The pavilion will also feature a Sicily-themed hospitality area with coffee and traditional pastries.
After a successful debut appearance at the UKCW Birmingham last October, Onsite On Hire returns to London after 16 years to highlight the latest tools, compact plant, and equipment for the hire industry. The showcase will run alongside UKCW and offer insights into the best products for construction professionals.
The Stone Show & Hard Surfaces
For the first time in its history, the Stone Show & Hard Surfaces is the only event catering to the entire construction supply chain. This exciting, co-located event will feature a range of innovative initiatives and exclusive product launches. Supported by show partner, Stone Federation Great Britain, the three day event will attract architects, specifiers, designers, wholesalers, fabricators, installers, stone maintenance professionals, and more.
After the success of its debut at UKCW London 2024, the Offsite Show will return in 2025 with a focus on sustainable technology and best practices for achieving Net Zero in the construction industry. This co-located event will attract over 5,000 high-quality visitors interested in offsite solutions, techniques, and related products and services.
HVAC+R
Also making its debut appearance at the London show is HVAC+R, an area dedicated to showcasing to the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration sectors. With a partnership with Datateam Business Media, this event provides a prime platform for HVAC+R companies to connect with housebuilders, developers, contractors, housing associations, and local authorities.
Net Zero Trail
Another new feature for UKCW London, the Net Zero trail will highlight the latest eco innovations and ideas driving the construction industry towards a net zero future, which visitors can seek out across the UKCW show floor. It will guide visitors through the show to exhibitors who are paving the way for the construction industry’s transition to net zero emissions. They include:
