Management contract: mobilisation

Project plan management contract.jpgMobilisation refers to the activities that should be carried out after the works contractors have been appointed, but before they commence work on site. It is a preparatory stage during which the majority of activities are managed by the management contractor.

The management contractor arranges a pre-contract meeting with the consultant team and works contractors to discuss procedures that will be adopted during the construction stage.
