Issue
Government Functional Standard, GovS 008: Commercial, Version: 2.0, published by HM Government in September 2021, defines an issue as: ‘A relevant event that has happened, was not planned and requires management action. It could be a problem, benefit, query, concern, change request or risk that has occurred.’
The word issue might also relate to issuing information, such as during an information exchange.
