Solid Wood Core Panels for Blockboard, Doors, Furniture & Wood Components

PT TATA SUMBER INTI manufactures Barecore and Lumber Core panels from legally sourced Indonesian wood.

Our panels are assembled from solid wood strips to create a stable core material for blockboard and other downstream wood products. Production is made according to customer requirements, including wood species, dimensions, thickness, glue system, emission class and quality grade.

Barecore, also known as Lumber Core, is a wood-based panel made by joining small solid-wood strips side by side. The individual strips form the central structure of the panel and provide a practical, lightweight core for further processing.

Barecore is primarily used as the core material for blockboard. After production, the barecore can be laminated with face and back veneers or other surface materials to manufacture finished panels for furniture, doors, interior components and other wood products.

Albasia Falcata (Sengon) is one of the principal materials used for Indonesian Barecore because of its relatively low density, workability and suitability for panel manufacturing.

Other wood species can also be produced according to the customer's technical requirements.

Our production is based on customer order.

Buyers may specify the required species, panel dimensions, thickness, glue system, emission requirement and quality grade before production.
