Leesman index
The Leesman Index (registered TM) is a workplace experience assessment method with associated database that provides a benchmarking tool. The tool creates an effectiveness benchmark known as an Lmi score, ranging from 0 to 100 which is based on an anonymous staff questionnaire of around 80 questions sent to all staff. The questions cover approximately 20 lines of enquiry which include:

To date the Leesman index has been used to assess 1,362,693 employees, 538,935 employees at home, covering 9,307 workplaces in 122 Countries (see https://www.leesmanindex.com/about/ for latest figures), providing one of the most extensive databases of employee experience available.
The founder and CEO of Leesman is Tim Oldman, describes the background of the index as "I wanted to better understand how different spaces impacted employees. But nothing existed. In 2010 Leesman was born and we created a methodology that was able to link the quality of place to the performance of people."
The company Leesman is a workplace experience consultancy firm offering survey tools, workshops, and bespoke research to enable organisations to build high-performance workplaces that support their employees’ needs. This includes supporting ESG and DE&I initiatives to achieve more inclusive and sustainable workplaces and certification scheme referred to as Leesman+, which includes hybrid working. Leesman+ certification is awarded to top-tier workplaces, providing a precedent to organisations around the world, the top level known as Leesman+ Outstanding achieves a Lmi 80.0 or above, with Leesman+ Excellent an Lmi of 70.0–79.9.
Leesman Limited is described on the UK Government Digital marketplace webpage in Benchmarking the performance of office buildings as: 'Leesman is a business intelligence and benchmarking application that measures workplace effectiveness - how office spaces support the employees that use them. The Leesman Index, the world's largest database of it's kind, allows organisations to see what is and isn't working within their workplace environments against other buildings globally.'
