[edit] What are the ECA awards?
ECA has opened its esteemed annual Industry Awards for entries! These awards recognise the accomplishments of ECA Member businesses from across the electrotechnical and engineering services industry who have excelled and delivered outstanding projects and initiatives.
A true recognition of excellence - the awards provide a great opportunity to showcase the exceptional work our Members have achieved and acts as an industry benchmark for ECA Members to stand out from the crowd.
Judged by a panel of leading industry figures, winners of the ECA Industry Awards are businesses who have achieved the highest standards in our industry, to which others can aspire.
[edit] When will the awards be announced?
Award winners will be announced during the ECA’s 2024 Industry Awards Dinner and Dance which will be held on Friday 11 October 2024 at the Hilton Bankside Hotel in London, supported by headline sponsors Electrium and Aico.
The dinner is one of the top events on the industry calendar, and more details will be announced in due course

Entries for this year’s ECA Annual Awards close on Friday 14 June 2024 and are open to all ECA Registered Members.

ECA Large Contractor of the Year Award - over £45 million turnover This prestigious award is open to ECA Members with an overall turnover of over £45 million who have shown excellent capability, service and responsibility to clients, the supply chain and to staff. Your entry must relate to activities carried out in 2022/2023. |

ECA Contractor of the Year Award - up to £5 million turnover This prestigious award is open to ECA Members with an overall turnover between £1.1 - £5 million that has demonstrated high levels of professionalism, service and responsibility to clients, the supply chain and to staff. Your entry must relate to initiatives carried out in 2022/2023. |

This prestigious award is open to ECA Members of any size who have shown compelling examples of success in the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance and/or monitoring of any type of electrotechnical or engineering services activity. Your entry should demonstrate one or more of the following: - your solution for your client, and how you overcame specific challenges. - realised opportunities in any built environment.- how you worked closely in partnership with others while meeting or beating client expectations. Your entry must relate to initiatives carried out in 2022/2023. |

Best Health, Safety and Environment Initiative Award This prestigious award is open to ECA Members of any size who delivered an exceptional initiative to improve safety, health or environment. Your entry must relate to initiatives carried out in 2022/2023. |

Excellence in Training and Development Award This prestigious award is open to ECA Members of any size whose training programmes or initiatives have made significant, tangible, and positive improvements to the contractor’s business and/or customers or the wider industry. Your entry must relate to activities carried out in 2022/2023. |

This prestigious award is open to ECA Members of any size with a compelling example of how they have worked with a supply chain to deliver a service or other support that has been of demonstrable benefit to the electrotechnical and engineering services sector. FSA Best Fire & Security Project Award This prestigious award is open to FSA Members of any size that can provide compelling examples of success in the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance and/or monitoring of any type of active fire detection, life safety and (or) security systems. Your entry must relate to activities carried out in 2022/2023. |
