CIOB launches first client survey
Calling all construction clients – CIOB launches first client survey
The Chartered Institute of Building has launched its first construction client survey to gather information on the key priorities and challenges faced by clients across all sectors.
The survey supports the CIOB client strategy, which aims to strengthen collaboration and understanding between clients and the wider construction industry. It covers topics such as procurement, digital technology, sustainability and the Building Safety Act. The results will help inform CIOB policy and guide best practice across the sector.
Linda Stevens, head of client development at CIOB, said: “Understanding client perspectives is vital to improving how our industry delivers. This survey will help us build stronger partnerships and ensure CIOB’s client strategy reflects the real priorities driving decisions on the ground.
“Ideally, we’d love to hear from clients across a wide range of roles and sectors including health, education, and housing for example. Everyone’s views are welcome.”
The survey will take just five minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. Participants can also request a summary of the findings by providing an email address at the end of the questionnaire.
