[edit] Introduction
KandCret is a structural lightweight concrete solution which "could be considered as a combination of high performance concrete and structural lightweight concrete , and can do play constructive roles in enhancing the environment, meeting green-building objectives & attaining sustainable development. help achieve sustainable building solutions in many areas because of its advantages as : Reduction of dead load - Savings in Raw Material- Considerably Lower Weight - Thermal Insulation - Fire Protection - Sound Insulation - Economical Production - Self leveling / Self compacting – Self healing - does not rot and termite resistant - Speedier Constructions - Saving time & cost - Durability with lower maintenance costs - Disaster resistance - Seismic resistance - Indoor air quality : Negligible VOC emissions - Locally produced : The raw materials used to make the concrete production are abundant in most areas of the world - Minimal site disruption – high stability – high toughness – strong impermeability to prevent any external moisture or harmful material from entering the building."
Future houses built with “KANDCRETE” future concrete, employing Nano-technology. By IBRAHIM KANDIL Consultant.
[edit] Future Houses by Future Concrete (KandCrete)
An ideal, practical and economical solution to the problem of buildings located in earthquake zones and exposed to bad weather & areas exposed to bombing and war. As happened recently in Turkey and northern Syria by the earthquakes. And as happened in the southern regions of the United States of disasters as a result of the exposure of buildings to harsh conditions as a result of bad weather, & as is happening now in Ukraine.
The solution proposed is innovative concrete (KandCrete) - with a structural system characterised by high rigidity. The topic has been examined, approved and presented in several scientific conferences, the most important are:
- 15th International Conference on Recent Advances in Concrete Technology and Sustainability Issues - Milan (Italy), July 10 – 15, 2022, Organized by: ACI – Italy Chapter.
- 3rd Virtual Global Concrete Conference 1 February 2022, by GLOBAL CONCRETE.
- Nano Scientific Symposium Asia December 15-16, 2020, Organized by: NANO scientific, PARK Systems, Physics World & NWA US.
- 12th International Conference on NANO-TECHNOLOGY for GREEN and SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION (NTC 2020) 27-31 March, 2020, Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, Organized by: Housing & Building National Research Center, Ministry of Housing (EGYPT), Egyptian-Russian University, Izhevsk University.
The topic was created by the consultant engineer / Ibrahim Monir Kandil It was published on the YouTube platform for the World Nano Symposium entitled:
" FUTURE HOUSES by FUTURE CONCRETE ( KANDCRETE) by Mr. Ibrahim Kandil"

Review Carefully, for the highest importance of this subject.
I hope that the subject be implemented and applied at highest levels due to the simplicity of implementation, the greatness of the results, with no increase in cost.
