Introduction

usBIM is an integrated cloud system of tools allowing online data management along with opening, reading, sharing, editing features for several file formats.

It is a BIM management system first released in 2020 by ACCA software. It is currently available in Italian, English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and German.

It was developed for working online with any device (PC, tablet, smartphone) in order to allow teams’ collaboration in real-time from anywhere.

Capabilities

With its applications, usBIM is capable of simplifying and speeding up processes and methodologies while promoting high levels of collaboration.
It is a cloud space where users have access to a variety of functions including the below:

navigation through 3D BIM models generated with Revit, Edificius, Sketchup;
federation of different models and BIM objects in different native formats;
clash detections, code checking, comparisons and merges;
management of point clouds, word files, Pdfs, JPEG images;
placement of 3D BIM models in GIS;
construction cost estimation;
full interoperability during the various phases of construction design;
dynamic chat and online meetings and conference calls.
