In the context of retrofit projects a post-retrofit inspector is 'The appropriately qualified and competent professional with responsibility for carrying out the evaluation of the completed project.'
As described in the RICS 'Residential retrofit standard: RICS Professional Standard UK', published as a 1st edition in March 2024, effective from 31 October 2024.
