Unlocking project communication using the power of language

[edit] Do we know how we communicate ?
When communicating, we automatically delete, distort and generalise, but usually don’t know we’re doing it. In this panel webinar on Thursday 13 April, we discovered how to challenge and use this in project communication.
The project environment relies very heavily on communication. There are many standard formats used, and a few channels to consider. It is worth examining how aspects of the NLP Communications Model are being used, deliberately or unconsciously; also it is worth considering how deletions, distortions and generalisations can be challenged, in the interests of better communication and decision making.
This was a joint panel webinar from APM People SIG and ANLP International CIC: The Association for NLP.

Jeremy, Dianne and Paul have very kindly allowed their presented material to be made available for viewing. The slides on Slideshare and the webinar recording on YouTube are now available in our APM resources area and also embedded below for reference.
The questions submitted from attendees during the webinar were collected and are being reviewed by the panel.
This event is suitable for any level of the project profession.
