Deterrent paving
PAS 6463:2022, Design for the mind – Neurodiversity and the built environment – Guide, published by BSI Standards Limited 2022, defines deterrent paving as: ‘high surface profile that acts specifically as a physical and visual deterrent for pedestrians, bicycles or vehicle over-run to a particular area’
