Corporate change event
Resolution planning, guidance note, published by the Government Commercial Function in May 2021, defines a corporate change event as: ‘A major change to the supplier’s group which could affect delivery of the services such as a major acquisition or disposal or similar event. A full definition is set out in the Model Services Contract and, upon publication, the standard clauses of model form public works contracts.’
