IHBC says farewell to 2022 with top 10 NewsBlogs
IHBC Director Sean O’Reilly said: ‘Our integrated NewsBlog service covers all aspects of built and historic environment conservation. As such it is one of the most important free resources offered through our charitable operations.’
‘At this time of year – and as we look ahead to exploring options for a charter – it’s great to see just how the most popular content reflects the breadth of practice interests that we’d want to see across our interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary membership and their networks.’
‘Our ‘doorstep’-themed case studies, usually from local papers, continue to dominate the top posts of course, and highlight well the huge community interest in places.’
‘The more focussed – and often more recent – posts on our own UK-wide advocacy – not least the support we give to the Conservation Places and People (CPP) All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) – and our local Branch events also consistently perform well.’
‘International casework and the more discipline-specific news and practice information also remain very popular links for users to check in on’.
