Die circuit
A die circuit or die integrated circuit is an unpackaged, bare chip, or specifically the base plate of a circuit board, which is usually manufactured from a semi conducting material such as a thin slice of silicone.
A number of die mounted together (or dice plural) on a board might be referred to as a multi chip module or micro chip module. The close proximity between chips helps reduce noise and increase performance.
