STAR Procurement (a shared procurement service for Rochdale, Stockport, Tameside and Trafford Councils), Glossary of Terms, published in May 2019, suggests a contract management plan: ‘…lays out key information about the way in which the contract will be managed throughout its duration. It is drawn up as part of the initial contract, and developed during the contract’s life.’
