CIAT Wales Region to host high-level industry panel on Building Safety Act implementation in Wales
On Friday 26 June, the CIAT Wales Region will host a high-impact panel event bringing together senior voices from Welsh Government, legal, Architectural Technology, and construction to examine the real-world implementation of the Building Safety Act (BSA) in Wales.
The discussion will focus on how the evolving regulatory landscape is being interpreted and applied in practice, and what it means for industry readiness, compliance, and competency.
Taking place at the Parkgate Hotel, Cardiff, this free-to-attend event is open to all and offers a rare opportunity to engage directly with key stakeholders shaping the future of building safety, regulation, and professional practice across Wales.
