User journeys
Smart Building Overlay to the RIBA Plan of Work, published by the RIBA in 2024, states: ‘Making use of the identified building user personas, smart building user journeys map out the different ways in which different user personas can interact with the smart building to improve their end-user experience, helping to establish the smart building strategy.’
