Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004
The Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004 is: ‘An Act of the Scottish Parliament which makes provision about the boundaries and pertinents of properties comprised in tenements (as broadly defined in the 2004 Act) and for the regulation of the rights and duties of the owners of properties comprised in tenements.’
