Tenant engagement
Tenant engagement is a general term that relates different forms of interaction with the occupants of, often rented accomodation. Interaction can come in many different forms from informal meetings, door to door conversations, surveys, questionnaires, digital media tools as well as more formal evaluations. It might be considered the first step to a series of related terms often used in conjuction with or instead of such as; tenant interaction, tenant participation, tenant involvement, tenant empowerment, tenant co-creation and so on.
Tenant engagement usually refers to the simple activity where a landlord or housing provider makes a point of engaging with its tenants to the gather feedback on the experiences they have as the occupier or user of a particulaur building or scheme and the services that go to support it. It
Factors include providing amenities and services that tenants love and fostering a sense of community through networking and events.
