Short-stay serviced apartments are: ‘Residential flats used as quasi hotel accommodation, where periods of occupation are generally less than 90 days, and services such as cleaning and laundry are provided, either on a daily basis or between periods of occupation.’ Ref Glasgow City Council, Development policies and design guidance.
