Self-supply licensee
Water Bill, Glossary: water terms, published by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in November 2013, defines a self-supply licensee as: ‘A customer with a water supply or sewerage licence that provides retail services to its own premises and those of its associates (for example, subsidiaries or partners). This will only be available for customers in the area of English undertakers.’
