Rescheduling
The CIOB Planning Protocol 2021 (CIOB PP21), a technical information sheet published by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in February 2021, defines rescheduling as: ‘a mathematical calculation performed by the planning software utilised to calculate the minimum possible time for completing the project / programme and the float present. It is based on the progress, logic and constraints within the programme.’
