Intermediate landing
Approved document E: Resistance to the passage of sound, 2003 edition incorporating 2004, 2010, 2013 and 2015 amendments, defines an intermediate landing as: ‘A landing between two floors.’ Where a landing is: ‘A platform or part of floor structure at the end of a flight of stairs or ramp.’
