Written statement of services
Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011, Code of Conduct for Property Factors, laid before the Scottish Parliament in January 2020, defines a written statement of services (WSS) as: ‘A document which sets out the service delivery standards of the business arrangement in place between a property factor and a homeowner, as set out at Section 1 of the Code of Conduct.’
