Work at home
The glossary of statistical terms, published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), defines work as any activity which contributes to the production of goods or services within the production boundary.’
It suggests work at home includes: ‘…those economic activities that are conducted from units or offices within the home. This category includes farmers who work and live on their farms, persons working and living at work camps, and those engaged in own- account production of goods.’
