Workforce
Roles in construction projects: analysis and terminology, by Hughes, W. and Murdoch, J. R, published in 2001 by the University of Reading, defines the workforce as: ‘Those who will be employed to work in the facility.’
It might also refer to workers, that is: ‘…the people who work for or under the control of contractors on a construction site.'
