Work instruction
Construction Quality Planning Guide, Draft for Consultation, Published by the Construction Innovation Hub in May 2020, suggests that a Work Instruction (WI) is: ‘A detailed description of the steps required to perform particular tasks. Generally required, but not specifically defined in ISO 9001:2015 Section 8.5.1.’
