Fire pit
A fire pit is a landscape component that can be used to warm an outdoor area. It can be a place to socialise or cook food.
Fire pits come in different styles including basic metal fire bowls and multifunctional units. The multifunctional units can serve as beverage coolers as well as fire pits.
Wood-burning fire pits are not suitable for covered porches, wooden decks or parts of a landscape that could easily catch fire. Fire pits should not be installed in windy locations.
There may be some restrictions regarding the installation of a fire pit in areas that are controlled by community bylaws.
