[edit] Introduction
BSRIA is staging its fourth flagship Soft Landings Conference 2019 on ‘Quality and Performance – Two Sides of the Same Coin’. It will take place on Friday 14th June at ARUP, 8 Fitzroy Street, Bloomsbury, London, W1T 4BQ.
[edit] Soft landings
The soft landings delivery approach is about making buildings that meet clients’ expectations and end users’ needs. It provides a step-by-step process for clients and their project teams to follow in order to deliver a better performing product and avoid pitfalls. Soft Landings can be adopted and implemented in different projects irrespective of their type and size.
Dr Michelle Agha-Hossein, Soft Landings Operational Lead at BSRIA, said: "The conference aims to recognise and increase awareness over the benefits that soft landings can serve to both clients and project delivery teams.”
