Shopmobility
The London Plan, published by the Mayor of London in March 2016, defines shopmobility as: ‘A scheme that lends manual and powered wheelchairs and scooters to members of the public with limited mobility which allows them to travel to and visit, independently and with greater ease, local shops, leisure services and commercial facilities usually within a town or shopping centre.’
