Register of participants
Engagement Overlay to the RIBA Plan of Work, published by the RIBA in January 2024, states in relation to the register of participants: ‘Implement and manage a register of participants confirming who they represent and to what extent. Ensure that stakeholders understand what being a ‘participant’ means and ensure the appropriate data protection measures are in place, particularly where the register may support other needs and therefore transfer to data controllers.’
