Engagement programme
Engagement Overlay to the RIBA Plan of Work, published by the RIBA in January 2024, states: ‘The engagement programme schedules all critical engagement activities with the design and build programmes to ensure activities are undertaken at the right time to enable appropriate time and resource to meet the engagement plan, and feed in to associated work stage requirements to support successful engagement plan outcomes.’
