Private accommodation refers to: ‘The majority of homes in all three tenures, excluding hotels, bed and breakfast accommodation and institutional residences such as student halls, army barracks and care homes.’
Where the three tenures are:
- Owner occupiers.
- Social renters.
- Private renters.
