Integrity
OECD Survey on Public Procurement, Glossary of key terms, published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in 2016, suggests that integrity refers to: ‘the use of funds, resources, assets and authority, according to the intended official purposes and in a manner that is well informed, aligned with the public interest, and aligned with broader principles of good governance.’
Integrity can also refer to the soundness, completeness or unimpaired quality of something. For example, the integrity of the structure. See for example: Pile integrity test.
