Current repairs and maintenance
The glossary of statistical terms, published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), suggests that current repairs and maintenance: ‘…includes all construction work performed for others and not classified as capital repairs, restoration or conversion, that is to say, such work as is performed in order to prevent the normal deterioration of existing structures or to maintain them in a normal functional state.’
