CIOB Construction Manager of the Year award shortlist revealed
On 21 January 2025, the shortlist of construction managers for the prestigious industry title was revealed.
Judges at the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) have carefully reviewed scores of construction projects across the UK and picked the professionals who are in with a chance of being crowned the Construction Manager of the Year.
They have been nominated for a variety of categories, including Commercial and Leisure, Healthcare, and Education, and one winner from each category will go on to be crowned the winner of CIOB’s most decorative award.
The winner will be revealed at CIOB’s glittering black-tie ceremony at London’s Hilton Metropole on 15 May 2025.
Caroline Gumble, CEO, said: “Every year we are fortunate to receive nominations for the most talented and accomplished construction managers in the UK and those who go on to make it to the finalists list really are the best of the best.
“Many congratulations to all our finalists and I'm excited to find out who, from this group of extraordinary people, will take home the prestigious Construction Manager of the Year title at our wonderful awards evening in May."
Other award categories up for grabs on the night include the Client Award, EDI Awards (individual and team), Rising Star, Sustainability Award, and Team Award.
