Guide for Effective Benefits Management in Major Projects, published by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority in October 2017, defines a benefits map as: ‘A map linking all of the drivers, enablers and business change to the benefits, and linking the benefits to objectives and goals. Can contain dependencies with other projects and programmes.’
