Guide for Effective Benefits Management in Major Projects, published by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority in October 2017, defines a benefit profile as a: ‘Template which contains all information for a single benefit and is often provided to the Benefit owner as an ‘instruction’ for how the benefit will be realised and the change that needs to take place.’
