Guide for Effective Benefits Management in Major Projects, published by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority in October 2017, defines a benefits report as: ‘A report produced at an agreed frequency demonstrating the realisation of benefits to date, usually comparing the baseline, target and actuals.’
