Benefits Management Strategy
Guide for Effective Benefits Management in Major Projects, published by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority in October 2017, defines a Benefits Management Strategy (BMS) as: ‘A framework for a project or programme for realising benefits, including a description of how, when and at what level, benefits realisation management is to be applied.’
