Driver
Guide for Effective Benefits Management in Major Projects, published by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority in October 2017, defines a driver as: ‘An internal or external challenge, pressure or opportunity that is driving the need for change.’
The term driver might also refer to a person who drives a vehicle, or a something that controls a device.
