Supplier of last resort
Water Bill, Glossary: water terms, published by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in November 2013, defines the supplier of last resort as: ‘A licensee or incumbent who is assigned the customer(s) of a retailer that has left the market, where those customers have not chosen an alternative retailer themselves.’
