Sub-floor vent
Short Guide, Maintaining Your Home, published, on 1 November 2014 by Historic Scotland, defines a sub-floor vent as a: ‘small ventilator installed in external walls between a suspended timber ground floor and ground level to ventilate the space below the floor.’
