Stanton Cross industrial logistics park and residential development
Stanton Cross in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, planning consent was granted for the Town and Country Parks. The 44-acre Town Park will feature a NEAP (Neighbourhood Equipped Area for Play) and recreational space, along with a dedicated outside space for summer events while also providing space for formal recreation.
A series of green links have been planned for the Town and Country Parks, including an extensive network of footpaths and cycle links, to provide connectivity with the wider development.
