Industrial business park
The London Plan, Published by the Mayor of London in March 2016, suggests that industrial business parks (IBP) are: ‘Strategic industrial locations that are particularly suitable for activities that need better quality surroundings including research and development, light industrial and higher value general industrial, some waste management, utility and transport functions, wholesale markets and small scale distribution. They can be accommodated next to environmentally sensitive uses.
