Right to Buy Receipts
The Charter for Social Housing Residents, Social Housing White Paper, published by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) in November 2020, defines Right to Buy Receipts as: ‘…money arising from the sale of local authority homes sold either under the Right to Buy legislation or sold voluntarily to secure tenants at less than market value.’
