Place of work
The CDM Regulations suggest that (in relation to the regulations) a place of work is '...any place which is used by any person at work for the purposes of construction work or for the purposes of any activity arising out of or in connection with construction work.'
It suggests that “workplace” means: 'a workplace within the meaning of regulation 2(1) of the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 other than a construction site.'
