Heritage Building Retrofit Toolkit, published by the City of London Corporation in March 2024, describes PAS2030:2019 as: ‘A British Standards Institute (BSI) standard which sets out the requirements for installing, commissioning, and handing over energy efficiency measures (EEMs) in domestic retrofit projects.’
