Energy efficiency measure is 'a single product or material, or combination of products and materials together with any related installation method, equipment requirements and performance objectives, for installation in existing buildings for the purpose of enhancing the energy efficiency of those buildings; e.g. heating and/or cooling systems or insulation.'
